Dr. Sasha Kavalench is originally from Watson, SK. In 2017 she moved to Iowa where she obtained her Doctorate of Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic. While there she completed training in Gonstead, Diversified, and Thompson techniques. After graduation she moved back to Saskatchewan and settled in Estevan. Since being back, she obtained a diploma in Manual Osteopathic Therapy from MOCC.

Yana Ponomarenko is originally from Rostov-on-Don, Russia. She moved to Estevan, Saskatchewan, in 2014, where she attended Estevan Comprehensive High School. She later continued her education at Prairie College of Massage Therapy, graduating from the Massage Therapy Program in August 2026.

Yana is excited to begin her career as a Registered Massage Therapist and looks forward to helping clients improve their overall well-being through therapeutic massage.
